Call In

A "Call In" message like in the original Metal Gear Solid flashes and Snake appears on the battlefield.

Special Attacks

Neutral B - Convo Topics

Snake fires the "Call In" indicator at the opponent. It mainly stuns them with no offense, but it turns the target into the Topic of Conversation. Every special attack done by the Topic of Conversation adds to the ConvoMeter above Snake's display window. The amount depends on the special attack used (you don't need to be hit by any of them). The indicator will explode upon contact and can be shot in one of 8 directions. The amount of ConvoTopics can vary amongst the special attacks of the roster.

Side B - Hurtful Words

Snake makes use of his ConvoMeter and fires words. If it's empty or half a block full, not much can be talked about. A full block makes a slight comment, 2 make an insult, 3 make 3 words (the first two stun while the last delivers the knockback), 4 make an impersonation, 5 make a less powerful impersonation that can pass through anything and everything, and 6 make an impersonation that's less powerful than when you'd use 5 blocks, but can break a shield and eliminate traps in the way.

Up B - Talk It Up

Snake swings his speak box upward, staying still until a second passes or A is pressed, and even freezing in his fall. The reason for the pause is because you can press B to use Convos in order to extend your reach.

Down B - Sword of Words

Snake forms a sword from his speak box. In this state, he's immobile, but can remain like this for as long as the player desires, meaning opponents will have to jump in order to land a blow on you. You can press A to swing it, and B to insert a full ConvoTopic via adjectives, which each adds 4% and knockback to the swing. Using it in the air will have him plunge downwards, and ConvoTopics will be used all at once, each adding 2% and less knockback to the blow.

Final Smash - READ A BOOK

The camera zooms in on Snake, and he'll say, "Time to read a book!" The book he gets out will vary. He'll then jump up to the top of the screen and have a ginormous version of his speak box cover it all. As he reads the book, words charge from either side, hitting like 5-Convo impersonations, all ending with the competition being cleaned out of the battlefield.
