Entrance[]
It's A Hot Day Out Here (Seen from "The Paddling Pool")[]
Kipper comes out of The Door to join The battlefield. The Door then disappears after He comes out.
Special Attacks[]
Neutral B - Hippo[]
Kipper will throw His Hippo to an opponent, giving them (6-8%) Damage (Not much Effect to it). Opponents (Even Kipper himself) can pick Hippo acting like an item. They Can also throw it Across the stage too. However, You can only Spawn One Hippo at a time. Once You spawn another one in, The old one you used before will disappear (Same thing when anybody is Holding Hippo). You will use this move again after 10 Seconds. Note: Hippo can't be used as A Water gun ability during This move.
Side B - Super Dog To The Rescue![]
Kipper Will ride his Super Bike (While becoming Super Dog) Running over Opponents, giving them minor damage. You can even Turn around once the Move starts. This move will last during 1 Second. You won't use it again after 8 Seconds.
Up B - The Umbrella[]
Kipper will fly with his umbrella in the air while the strong wind picks him up once he starts floating. And of course, He will float down very slowly when he's off Ledges or in the air (The same way Princess Peach does in Super Smash Bros Brawl). Opponents can end The move early either Attacking or using projectiles on Kipper or the umbrella itself.
Down B - Clockwork Mouse[]
Kipper will Summon his Clockwork Mouse with its key. It will disappear after Kipper sets it off for 2 Seconds. It will even run into opponents as well, Giving them A small amount of damage. However, This Move will backfire on you if Someone attacks Kipper while winding it up. You will spawn another clockwork mouse after 12 seconds.
Final Smash - Tiger's Sled[]
Tiger will appear on his sled hitting an opponent once Kipper starts the FS closer to one of them. After that, He and Tiger will sled down Big Hill warning the opponent to get out of the way. Once They hit The Opponent that Kipper chosen, The Opponent will fly out of the stage, getting KO'ed. (Pretty much like Captain Falcon's Final Smash)
