Eternian Portal[]
Skeletor walks out of an Eternian Portal.
Moveset[]
Neutral B: Eternian Magic[]
Skeletor shoots magic out of his staff, that has different effects based on where he is or when he uses it. The most common effect is the one that happens if he shoots at an opponent, which stuns them and deals little damage. If the beam shoots a trap, it will make it vanish. If an opponent is approaching Skeletor, the beam will freeze them if they touch it, and will remain like that for 5 seconds or if they are hit by an attack (by either Skeletor or anybody else). This effect also works for projectiles or moving traps such as Black Friday Woody's RC Car. There's a 1/6 chance that the magic will backfire and affect Skeletor instead. At a higher enough percent, the magic has a small chance to cause a lot of knockback, making it an effective kill move.
Side B: The Cosmic Comet[]
Skeletor will point and say "Cosmic Comet, hear your master!", which cause the Cosmic Comet to appear behind him. The Cosmic Comet will follow Skeletor around until he presses Side B again, which will make the comet fly into the ground and cause an explosion. From that explosion, a Comet Soldier will spawn, staying there for 7 seconds and reflecting any sort of projectiles shot at them. They also act as a wall that can be taken down by attacking it with around 4 weaker attacks (though this number may decrease depending on the strength of the attack), causing Skeletor to be forced to wait 4 seconds to spawn a new comet.
Up B: Skele-port[]
Skeletor will flash black and white and teleport in the direction selected through the stick. During the animation he is immune to projectiles and other attacks, which helps him use it as a defensive option.
Down B: Snake Mountain's Minions[]
Skeletor says "My Warriors!" as he spawns a ship that will on its own spawn one of Skeletor's minions by shooting a laser beam (which also deals damage):
- Beast Man: Beast Man will stay behind Skeletor and will attack if he is commanded to do so with Down B. His attack consists on diving forwards, which deals plenty of damage but leaves him open for a few frames. He stays with Skeletor for 10 seconds if he is not KO'd earlier.
- Trap Jaw: He will walk forwards a little bit and then stay in place shooting lasers to nearby opponents in front of him. He is vulnerable from his back, meaning that it is easy to KO him by attacking him there. He will stay there for 8 seconds if he is not KO'd earlier.
Final Smash: Disappearing Act[]
Skeletor shoots a laser at an opponent, which will stun them. After giving an evil speech (which is shortened in Time Matches and during Sudden Death), Skeletor will shoot another laser at their head to erase their memories and then teleport the targetted opponent (and everyone else) into a new stage. The targetted opponent will lose all of their Special Attacks and their Normal Attacks will be severely nerfed. After 10 seconds, the targetted opponent goes back to normal and everyone teleports back to the original stage.
